CharlarB Service Provider Agreement
1. Service Provider Responsibilities
As a registered service provider on CharlarB, you agree to maintain high standards of service quality, punctuality, and customer safety. You must ensure that all vehicle documentation is current and valid.
2. Payment Terms & Transaction Charges
CharlarB will process payments through the registered mobile money account. Commission rates apply as per the service agreement. Payments are processed weekly, with a 24-hour settlement period.
Transaction Fees:
- TZS 125 is deducted per transaction for trips 3 KM or more
- TZS 50 is deducted per transaction for trips less than 3 KM
- Charges are automatically deducted from fare paid by passenger
3. Vehicle and Safety Requirements
All vehicles must pass safety inspections and maintain valid insurance coverage. Regular maintenance records must be submitted quarterly. Vehicles must meet emission standards and local regulations.
4. Route Operations
Service providers must operate only on registered routes. Route changes require prior approval. Pricing must adhere to platform guidelines and local regulations.
5. Data Privacy
Your personal and financial information is protected under our privacy policy. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. Biometric data is stored securely and used only for authentication.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Violations of terms may result in immediate suspension. Outstanding payments will be settled upon termination.
7. Liability
Service providers are responsible for passenger safety and vehicle maintenance. CharlarB is not liable for accidents or incidents during service operations. Adequate insurance coverage is mandatory.
8. Updates to Terms
CharlarB reserves the right to update these terms with 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
